This policy explains what information saqline.com collects, why, and what happens to it. The site is run by Saqline Mostak, an independent SEO consultant (“I”, “me”). If you have any question about your data, email saqline.mostak@gmail.com.
What I collect
- When you book a call: your name, email address, website (optional), the notes you write (optional), the package you picked, your time zone, and the time you booked.
- When you email me: your email address and whatever you choose to include in the message.
- Technical data: your IP address is used for a short time to stop spam and repeated booking attempts. My hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for security.
- Your theme choice: if you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser. It is not sent to me.
I do not use advertising trackers, and I do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How I use it
- To schedule, confirm, reschedule or cancel your call.
- To prepare for the call, for example by looking at the website you shared.
- To reply to your messages and, if we work together, to manage that work.
Google Calendar and Google Meet
When you book, the call is added to my Google Calendar with your name, email address and notes, and Google sends you a calendar invitation with a Google Meet link. The booking system also checks my calendar for busy times so you only see times when I am free. It only reads and writes events on my own calendar. It never accesses your Google account.
saqline.com's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Services that process data for me
- Hostinger hosts this website and its database.
- Google provides Calendar, Meet and email, and serves the fonts used on this site, which means your browser connects to Google when the page loads.
These providers only process data to run their service, under their own privacy policies.
How long I keep it
I keep booking details and emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any work we do together, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. You can ask me to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email saqline.mostak@gmail.com and I will reply within 30 days. To cancel a booked call, use the cancel link in your confirmation email or reply to it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
